Strawberry Cake  "Fraisier"

This is THE French Strawberry Cake, made with over a kilo of fresh strawberries, it contains 2 discs of almond sponge cake and all of it is held by a sumptuous Mousseline cream (French buttercream and French custard).

A French classic, baked seasonal fruits on a layer of frangipane almond cream and a crispy shortbread base. Can me made with pears, apples, nectarines, apricots, plums and pineapple.

American Chocolate Cake, made with layers of the classic Devil’s Food Cake cocoa sponge, French Dark Chocolate Crémeux and topped with cocoa glaze.

Lemon Meringue

Lemon Meringue Tart

Classic Lemon Meringue, with crispy shortbread, acidic and fruity lemon cream and soft Swiss Meringue. Can be made with Lime juice for a different experience and also Lime & Basil for a true culinary unique moment.

Yule Log (December only)

This is the traditional French cake for Christmas called “Buche De Noel”.

Made with cocoa roulade, Madagascar vanilla cream, Crispy hazelnut praline, coated with hazelnut buttercream and topped with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. It’s light and tasty, perfect to end the Christmas meal.

It is available for December only.
